The above entry confirms my submission of arrival details and consensus towards payment of the required R450 compulsory for orientation.

Kindly ensure that your arrival details are ACCURATE and sent to us by no later than the 9th of January 2015 for both Study Abroad and exchange students and full time degree seeking students. Failure to do so will result in you having to find your own transport from the airport/bus station.

If your flight/bus arrives after 17:45 you will be required to stay overnight at your own cost. We recommend making use of the Road Lodge Port Elizabeth Airport or Ikhayalam Lodge, as indicated on the Airport Shuttle Information document below. Our shuttle will pick you up the following morning from the arrivals section of the Port Elizabeth airport if you sleep over at the Road Lodge Port Elizabeth Airport or at the reception area of Ikhayalam Lodge.
